Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

1. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
3. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
4. Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
